Incorporated in May 1997, Cool Mountain Beverages, Inc. (CMB) is a beverage manufacturing and brand development company based in Des Plaines, Illinois.

The company's flagship brand is Cool Mountain Gourmet Soda, one of the nation's fastest growing "new age" beverages, whose annual sales have doubled each year since the beginning.

Currently, Cool Mountain Gourmet Soda is distributed in 20 states and throughout Canada. Its distribution network has been growing at a rate commensurate with its sales growth.
